Enjoy your grandbbies. I will only be one hour from my mum and my inlaws, and they think that is dreadful, I might have to tell them about my friend in the States!!

megrayau, well I pray it all goes well for you as you travel on this path with the LORD... and don't forget the religious forum we have on FC... you could always use your input.

I did enjoy my grandbabies..... as well as the visit with my daughter and sil... the youngest gchild, is growing, and changing so much... beginning to talk more and more... He is 2...

the oldest one got glasses which I had not seen on her since she got them this time. She had some last year, then she lost them, and went without them during the summer... As she only needed them for close up work, not now. she has to wear them all the time. With her short hair and with them, she looked cute.

and the middle one, is still about the same... LOL....

I'm hoping when their Thanksgiving Holidays comes maybe I can keep them for a while.. you can have fun with them with thier parents are there too, but without parents, it more fun at times. LOL... for we always play hair salon, and dress up, and tea parties,
and the list goes on and on.....

Hi Ladies, I talked to bar_bar on the phone tonight and she would like for me to tell everyone that she is having phone line problems--which means that she will be without a computer at least until Sunday

She wanted me to let everyone know that she and John are doing ok right now. John is going back to the doctor for a checkup.



I will be taking over the SS exchange for this month--just until she returns --so if you have any questions, you can contact me.

Just checked back with this thread and saw your request. I will try it if I can. I don't know if it will go due to all the other icons, etc. under my name.

I was pulling for both teams. I have always liked the ST. Louis Cardinals and my SIL's cousin played for Boston several years back.

Yes, we are going to have the SS exchange in December but it is important to note that it will run the same way--that only 4 emails and one snail mail of any kind is needed. We are not asking any secret sister to send a gift for Christmas or anything like that.

There have been some people that feel as though they cannot participate in this club due to the fact that they think they have to send big gifts during the month. That is just not so. We formed this club to make new friendships---not through big gifts but through small gestures and tokens that let the members know that you are thinking of them and would really like to get to know them.


Let's spread some Christmas cheer to everyone!!
