Happy face

Bluebird, I take the front picture off cards that I have received, make sure no writing from the sender is on it, then cut the edges out with craft scissors, write something on the back, address it & put a stamp on it & mail it. You can get stamps at the post office for mailing out postcards..The current price is 26 cents to mail one in the USA, 94 cents to Australia & 72 cents to Canada.

Tami said there were no rules as to what you send. So a boughten card, a homemade card or a postcard would work.

Yep, I did! I figure this way if you want to save a little money but still want to participate, you can!

According to the poll, it looks like there might be a Mother's Day exchange and then an Aug "just because" exchange.

Maybe we could do some other type of summer exchange or maybe we will just promote the SS club and the postcard exchange!

Minny, I love your tip for reusing the cards you have been sent!!!

It is already past this year but I would participate in a Valentine's exchange and a St. Pat's/Sping exchange. After that I am usually very busy with other things and it is hard to keep up with my mail.

I think a Halloween and Thanksgiving exchange would be fun.

I'd like to hear from different folks at different times from different places. I think it is fun and it is a great surprise to open the mailbox and find a card!
