Several of my friends have had babies in the last six months. All girls! Pink eeeeeverywhere! That's not what I'm used to, as I've got boys, ages 7 and 4, and they keep me buuuuusy.

Every so often, DH and I will muse, "Well, should we?" and then we decide not to get pregnant again. He tells people that the two we have keep us on our toes (which is true), but I usually tell people that since I'm part tomboy, with my luck, I'd have a girly-girl and not know what to do with her!

Woo Hoo!!!

I'm gonna be a first-time grandma this August!

My son and his girlfriend of 3 years gave my husband and I a positive pregnancy test stick thingy as one of their Christmas presents to us last year! (She had taken the test that morning just to be sure, before telling everyone! Then took 2 extra for the grandparents-in-waiting!)

Can't wait! Can't wait! Can't wait!

I voted with I can't have children.

Which is not necessarily true.

Hopefully within the next one to two months, it will really be an honest answer!

When I was young, I always said I wanted to be someone...I guess I should have been more specific!

I have three, ages (almost) 7, 4, and 1.5. That is it for the babies that I will carry myself (unless there is some divine intervention). Someday dh and I hope to acquire a few more through adoption, when these three are a bit older.
A messy house and happy children . . . I choose to spend my days playing!

Hey Ronsan don't laugh! did you see where the eighty something woman (I think in China) had a baby a couple of weeks ago?? she has a nanny to help her(the nanny is in her 60's).
Seriously, if I knew I would be around for the next 30 years I wouldn't mind getting pregnant again-if I could. I had always thought about becoming a surigot(?SP)for someone who couldn't carry a baby but I never did.
Had a friend at work find out she was pregnant with her first-everyone was real excited for her-she's 36, on her second marriage with no kids from her first. She miscarried the day she was to have her first doctor appointment-so sad.....
Have 3 daughters, two with kids. One totally finished having children since her last was early and we almost lost both of them; the second could possibly have more if she remarries someone who would like his own kids with her. My third has been told she can't get pregnant until she gets through college!!!by me!!LOL
take care all,

I'm 26 weeks pregnant this week and it's a little boy. He'll be my first child.

I am expecting Oct 24. Just found out today that the baby is a boy. I was hoping for a girl but no such luck. I am not sure what you would say this one is so I guess I will just say this is number 7. It has been so long since I have been on the boards. Guess I am coming out of my hibernation. We lost one of our sons in Sept. 2003. We had a miscarriage last fall. Now we are having a new addition in the fall. Best wishes to all who are pregnant.

New grandbaby

I just found out my daughter (25) is pregnant-her only child will be 5 in October.
My second daughter has informed me that at 34, she is trying again. Her only daughter is 14.
My first daughter who is childless may be adopting a baby early next year, if the birth mom doesn't back out.
Yippee-more grandchildren to love.
