I need to get some stamps before I can send some pcs out. Back in February A 92-year-old lady confused the gas pedal for the brake and ran into our local post office and unfortunately, it has been closed for repairs since then. There is not a PO near the office they moved me to at work, so now can't go buy stamps on my lunch time either. Guess I will have to order them through the PO web site.

Does anybody know if the Forever stamps are allowed on Overseas mail?

Laura, you can use them but you have to add enough postage to make up the difference for the price. For overseas, it is 98 cents for postcards or a regular letter. I usually put 2 Forever stamps plus 1 27 cent stamp. I still have some 24 cent stamps so if I get some 1 and 2 cent stamps, I won't have to put as many stamps on each card.

Hi Madmum, It's nice to "meet" you. I'm in California. What part of the country do you live in?

Minny, Thanks for the info. I usually have odd stamps left over to add postage to overseas mail but recently used them all up except for some one cent stamps.

Thank you so much for doing that for me. At least I have some idea of what part of England that they were from.
