Meaty pork ribs
1 Large container Sauerkraut, drained
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1tsp onion powder
3 Tbsp oil
- Season meat with red pepper, black pepper, salt and onion powder. In large pot, heat oil on medium high heat and add pork. Brown on all sides, cooking for about 15 min. Add sauerkraut and stir well. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered, for 20 min more, stirring every few minutes so you don't burn it.
- Sauerkraut will turn almost translucent and take on the flavor of the meat and seasoning. This dish is great served with sauteed cabbage and boiled baby potatoes.
