Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
2 lbs pork sausages (cooked and chopped)
3 cups cooked rice
1 large onion, chopped
1- 14 oz can tomato sauce
pepper, oregano, spices to taste
large cabbage
Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1- 14 oz can tomato sauce
Mix together top 5 ingredients and roll into cabbage leaves. Place into casserole dish and pour sauce over. Simmer covered at 350 for 30 min, basting occasionally, and uncovered for 30 more min.
