    Blueberry Pie

    1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen blueberries
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 TBSP. lemon juice
    2 TBSP. butter
    2 frozen pie shells


    Thaw pie shells according to pkg. directions. Fill one shell with blueberries. Mix sugar, flour, salt, and lemon juice. Sprinkle over berries. Dot with butter, and top with 2nd pie crust. Flute edges and make slits in top crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 for 30-35 minutes.
