LEMONADE PIE
1 small container Cool Whip
1 6-oz can frozen lemonade (pink or yellow), thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
Beat Cool Whip, lemonade and condensed milk with electric mixer for 7 minutes on medium speed. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
This looks really nice if you garnish it with a few fresh strawberries just before serving.
It tastes a little like cheesecake, and is very rich. It's more of a summer dessert, but since my Big Kids are running around in shorts right now, I figured we can pretend!
