Pumpkin-Cream Cheese-Cool Whip Pie

    Pumpkin-CreamCheese-Cool Whip Pie
    8 oz softened reduced-fat Cream Cheese

    1 cup canned pumpkin

    8 envelopes Splenda sweetner

    1/8 tsp nutmeg

    1/4 tsp ciinnamon

    Mix above ingredients together with electric mixer until well combined and smooth.

    Gently fold in 1/2 of a pint sized container of "Cool Whip Free" ( the fat-free Cool Whip in the aqua tub)*

    * (we used the whole pint, and it took away the "pumpkin" flavor too much....we think 1/2 the tub would be so much better...but use your judgement)

    Place this mixture into a Reduced-Fat Graham Cracker Pie Shell (Keebler makes one).

    Chill untill set, (or not... lol!)
