Chocolate Mousse Pie with Chocolate Wafer Pie Crust

CHOCOLATE WAFER PIE CRUST

1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp butter, melted

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Firmly press into the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes. Cool

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE

1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cocoa powder
chocolate wafer crust
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups heavy cream

Prepare pie crust and set aside. Beat cream cheese and cocoa in a large bowl till fluffy and well blended. Gradually add confectioners sugar and blend well. Stir in vanilla. Whip the cream till stiff and then fold into the cheese mixture. Pour into the cooled crust and chill till firm. Makes one 9" pie
