Millionaire Pie

This recipe was originally posted by Cau in Dec 2012 What's for Dinner thread.

Millionaire pie

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese,
softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed
milk
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped
topping, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple,
drained
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker
crusts
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend together the cream cheese and condensed milk; gently fold in the whipped topping.
2. Stir in the crushed pineapple and pecans; pour into pie crusts and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

Millionaire Pie is an easy dessert to make in the summer because you don't have to use the oven. We all loved this pie! The only thing I did different was to put cherries on top. A nice cold summer time dessert to bring to a BBQ.

Years ago my Ds was dating a girl who I had invited for Easter Dinner with my visiting Brother & Wife. She brought this as a double decker cake it was huge. She was so proud of it wanted to surprise me that she was a good cook too. I had so much food but we all had a piece of this too. This brought back old memories.
