Arguing with the Family Cat-Funny things our cats do!

I have the grandkittens of my cat Spicy who died. Her daugher Chili had 4 kittens-Salsa, Paprika, Cayenne and Pepper-(who died last week). Chili though even as a baby did the funniest thing with me, she would argue with me. I would tell her no and she would turn and look at me and 'scream back'. She would meow like she was talking back to me. She and I argue all the time whenever I ask her to do something and it's like she has to have the last 'word'! Her mother, Spicy, looked like she would just ignore you on purpose...I swear these are smart cats...

Oh, our old dog Buddy-would turn his head away from you just like I did to him. I didn't want him to lick me in the face so I would turn my head when he tried. So, he started turning his head and he then would try to quickly TAKE a 'kiss'. So, the two of us would be sitting there, our heads turned like we had attitudes, watching watching for him trying to kiss me and he, watching so he could sneak a 'kiss'. He was so funny!!

What funny things does your animals do?

My cat Aspin would "moo". Oh sure she'd meow too, but everyonce in awhile a moo would escape. As she got older her tummy got bigger too and hung on the floor. We joked that she had udders!

When pregnant with both my dd's, she would sit on my stomach like she was hatching the babies-yeah this was ok until the 7-8th month. I sure miss her, especially when the new puppy acts up! Maybe he needs a kitty to whip him into shape
