Does your horse drink from a hose?

Hi,

I wanted to start a new thread on the funny and smart things our horses do. My horse Dyna refused to drink from ANYTHING but a hose. I grew up in the South Pacific, and it became quite a problem when there would be no water, she would not drink from a stream or anything, only a hose! Oh my! She has to be the smartest horse on the planet (reply with good reason for me to believe your horse is smarter.....I'd love to hear what they do too!) I taught my horse how to shake hands, and give hugs and kisses too! I'd be happy to tell you how to teach your horses this too (it's really quite easy)!

Bye for now!

How on earth did you teach your horse to drink from a can?

well my horse drinks from his water container, but can drink from a hose when he wants to.

His favorite thing he likes to eat pears, not apples, not carrots but pears.

Thumbs up

If you are a horse lover (even if you aren't; eastern or western makes no nevermind,) you should check out Stacy Westfall's performance with her horse, Whizard's Babydoll, on youtube. My brother, who raises Arabians, sent a video clip to me and it made cry. She is into a type of freestyle reining that give freestyle a whole new meaning. If you check out youtube you'll see what I mean ... All American Quarter Horse Congress 2006. What a grand little horse she has!!
