DeBora

I don't know of a instant fix for where you are at but I have read to feed your dog garlic, that fleas and ticks don't like it.

I have been using my own new blend of cherry lemonade citronella spray on my dogs and so far, so good for both humans and pets and they smell good too, LOL!

I have to say though I also use from the Vet I think it's called Sentinel? that you put on their back? Not taking any chances with all the cats who come through our yard uninvited.

Thank you Anna. The reason I haven't given my dogs the garlic is because my 13 yr old has failing kidneys and an enlarged heart with fluid around it. I don't know how the garlic would act in his system. I was able to get my Skin-so-soft from Cruces. DH sprayed the yard while we were gone too. I will have to get that stuff that is put on the back of the ears or neck. We used to keep that around, but we havn't have ticks outdoors in a long time. But, the neighbors have 3 dogs that I don't think they ever pay attention to.

Sorry DeBora, we use Frontline Plus because of the lyme disease in deer ticks

That may be what we used in the past. During a weekend, we have no access to the Vet. Bummer.

Debora

Sorry I posted the wrong thing... we use Frontline Plus too. I think we used to use the other years ago and it's a tablet.

Glad you were able to get your skin so soft.

Thanks okay. I thought it was just a different brand of something very similar.
