Cheese Stuffed Manicotti

1 box Manicotti Shells-- Cook as box tells
1/2 cup of green onion chopped
2 clove garlic micned
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 2/3 cup milk
2 cups of Swiss (I used munstered)
1/4 cup white wine( I used 1/4 cup chiken broth)

Put butter in large skillet and melted butter had flour and onions and garlic. Add milk slowly stirring as you go and tichken, Then add the cheese and wine.

In bowl mix the following item togather and stuff into the cooked pasta.
2 cups ricotta cheese (I used cottage cheese)
2 eggs
2 cups parmsion cheese (Hubby ask me to cut this one back some next time.)
2 cups mozzella,
1/2 cup dried parsely

Place in a casserole dish and top with the cheese sauce. Bake 350 degrees for about 30 mins.

cheese manicotti

Looks very yummy - My little 3 year old will love it. I forget about stuffing pasta. Thanks for the tip.
