Turkey and vegetable lasagna

This recipe was originally posted by Bilby in May, 2014 What's for Dinner thread.

Turkey and vegetable lasagna

500g turkey mince
1/2 sliced onion
420g can of condensed cream of chicken soup
Lasagne sheets (I use dry instant)
1/2 broccoli roughly chopped
1/4 cauliflower roughly chopped
The nibblets of 1 corn cob
Herbs of choice
1/2 cup grated cheese
2-4 of table spoons of milk

Brown turkey mince and onion in a pan, adding your herbs.
Put browned mince in a big bowl for mixing.
Chop your vegetables and add to the bowl.
Mix in your cream of chicken soup leaving 2-3 tablespoons in can.
Layer your meat and veg mix between your lasagne sheets.
I do 3 layers of pasta and 2 layers of veg.
Mix the last bit of soup with some milk and grated cheese to cover the top
sheet of pasta and sprinkle on more cheese to cover any thin or bare spots.
Bake in a 180*C oven for 60-90 minutes. This will be a much quicker to cook
if you use fresh pasta sheets.
Serve with a quartered tomato and cucumber or a tossed side salad.

You can use frozen veg if you wish I just brought a lot of cheap broc and cauli
so I used that.
Really use any veg you like but I would personally bypass potatoes.
