Kathy's Tomato Sauce

This recipe was orginally posted in August 2011 What's for Dinner thread by Bilby.


Tomato Sauce

2 tomatoes roughly small diced
1/2 sliced and roughly chopped onion
garlic clove
pepper and salt
a pinch of sugar
let simmer till softened was very good

If you're in a hurry or don't have fresh tomatoes use a can of crushed tomatoes
and as well pop in a smidge of balsamic vinegar and mixed Italian herbs, I don't know
how I left those out as balsamic it goes in with the sugar. Go figure
