Bacon Chicken Alfredo

BACON CHICKEN ALFREDO

16 oz. fettuccine
1 pound bacon, sliced
1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
16 oz. alfredo sauce
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon and reserve 3 tablespoons drippings. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in the bacon drippings until juices run clear. Drain fettuccine and stir into skillet. Add alferdo, spinach, bacon, ant italian seasoning. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Happy face

Bacon Chicken Alfredo---I use no salt and substitued fresh spinach for frozen. The instructions were easy to follow and the whole family enjoyed it. The spinach and bacon gave the alfredo a taste with a twist. This was a delicious dish to try this Summer. This dish would be such an easy comfort food to make during the Fall and Winter months also.

Good morning all!!

This looks like something I can make for even one person, and would enjoy.

I like the Butonni fresh alfredo sauce.

Take care all!! Norma
