Florentine Shells

16 oz. frozen spinach defrosted and squeezed dry
16 oz. low fat ricotta or cottage cheese.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper ( I like it w/ red pepper)
1 box lg. shells cooked
Your favorite spaghetti sauce
Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses for topping
Blend spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, spices, eggs, salt and pepper until well mixed.
Spray a baking pan with baking spray. Preheat oven to 350.
Fill each shell with spinach mixture, arranging in baking dish. Spoon spaghetti sauce over each shell. Sprinkle with more grated parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before you serve.
