I have Wii Fit and I cant wait to get restarted on it. ITS fun and you do burn calories!!!

I just read 2 articles this week how Wii boxing is just as good as hitting a real punching bag as far as burning calories. Case western did a study, and an article in Family Circle a woman lost 32 pounds just using the Wii, made her get back to excercise off the Wii!!!

Good luck to you, I hope I can have a success story myself lol!
Welcome back, Lee!!

I started a thread on here looking for people who've bought a Wii Fit. I want to buy one, too, but I wanted to hear what people thought of it first. We bought a Wii and have been having so much fun with it, too. We love to bowl, play darts, tennis (def. get exercise here! ), baseball, golf. I have to say that the darts and bowling are our favs.

What else can you tell me about the Fit?

All of our kids are growing up so fast! My DD is starting kindergarten on Wed! I can't believe that it's happening already!!
