Tapas party

I am having a Tapas (Spanish) style where we will be having several tapas along with Sangria. What kind of dessert should I make that would go along with my Spanish Flair??

Living in the southwest I have found anything lemon or lime usually goes well. At my sil's for thanksgiving someone brought margarehita(sp?) pies, I didn't get to try one but everyone said they were great! There is lemonade pie, key lime pie(one of my favorites), lemon or lime bars. Hope this helps.

What a fabulous idea for a party Fran!! Did you have it yet and if so how did it go?? What did you serve as tapas?
I live about 30 miles south of Chicago where there is an awesome tapas restaurant. It's so inexpensive and so good! And needless to say, the Sangria flows rather nicely

Pink Lemonade Squares

We decided to go with a Pink Lemonade Dessert Squares recipes since some might not like the Spanish flair.

THANKS.

I know you've already decided on your dessert, but I've just now come across this post.
What really sounds good to me is a margarita sorbet. Is there such a thing?

Momszoo-
Are you thinking of LaTasca ? There's one in Arlington Hts and now Park Ridge. Just had a girls night there last month. Definitely going back again, again and again.

LJSMOM:
I was actually talking about Cafe Iberico in the city on Lasalle... have you ever been? It's so good and very reasonable. I highly recommend it!
