Make ahead meatball recipe
Make this quantity recipe and keep these meatballs on hand for freezer-fast meals.
5 lb. lean ground beef

1/3 cup instant minced onion---

1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs---
One tablespoon salt---
1/4 teaspoon pepper---
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce---
3 eggs---
3/4 cup milk.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place in ungreased pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x1 inch.
Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
To freeze,cool meatballs about 5 minutes.
Place in ziploc bags and freeze.

Now, to make things easier, I line cookie sheets with foil. After baking the meatballs, just throw it away. No messy pans to clean.
These are so great with spaghetti sauce, barbecue sauce, sweet and sour over rice, etc.:)
