Yes! I've been watching it and she has some pretty good recipes on it. I usually never like all of the week's recipes, more like one or two. I record it and watch it at night when my dh is working- he cannot stand the sound of her voice.

I'm happy to see a new show that I like on there.

It's a good idea but my family would complain about 5 days of the same meat. But bagging up the 2 cups sizes of meat for later use is a good time saver. I would how the roasted veggies would freeze or if you would need to do them fresh.

I think if you used the roasted veggies in soup or stew they would be okay. Otherwise they would taste heated up.
