Mini Cooking Session

I did a mini cooking session!

Not as grand as a OAMC but it will help me get through the next couple of weeks at least!

Today I fixed :

1 1/2 lbs. of taco meat

1 1/2 lbs. of sloppy joe meat

3 meat loaves

12 grilled chicken breasts

12 chicken breasts in the crock-pot ( to chop and/or shred)

12 grilled burgers (these are for DH who doesn't eat chicken!)

I also have a roast to cook in the crock-pot tonight to shred for chimichangas and bbq sandwiches.

I envy you, I never seem to have the energy to do that much at once
