Big Grin wash your hair without shampoo

This is a interesting article! I may try it. I know I put baking soda into my shampoo to get my hair really clean. I may try this.

I've never heard about the adjustment time. I've tried using no shampoo before a few times and my hair just looks greasy and I have to shower again in a day - usually I go two or even three during cool weather depending on my hair and whether I'm going out.

We use just a little baking soda in with shampoo as if you have any mousse, sprays or gels they have a way of building up on your hair. This cuts them out of your hair quickly. We mix 1-2 tsp. with shampoo that has already been put in your hair and let it sit for about a minute, makes your hair squeaky clean

I love using the baking soda in the shampoo! In fact I read where you can use baking soda on wet hair sans shampoo. Need to try it.
