Easy Cinnamon Pecan Sticky Buns

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8 cup muffin pan with nonstick spray. In a bowl combine 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 2 tbsp maple syrup. Evenly divide this mixture among the 8 muffin cups. Divide 1 cup pecan halves OR pieces among the cups. Top each with 1 piece of dough from 1 pkg, (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls. Put the cinnamon side down. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown., Cool about 5 minutes and then invert a baking sheet over the muffin pan; invert and remove pan. Transfer the buns to a serving plate and they are ready! 8 servings
