Happy face Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Chocolate Zucchini Muffins.............................1 Cup all purpose flour----1/2 cup whole wheat flour----1/3 quick cookng oats----1 tsp baking soda----1/2 cup softened butter----1/2 cup grandulated sugar----2 eggs----2 tbsp sour cream OR plain yogurt----1 tsp vanilla----1/2 tsp grated lemond zest----2 cups packed grated zucchini----4 oz grated bitter sweet chocolate----1/2 cups chopped pecans-------------------Preheat oven to 400'--muffin tin greased---In a bowl combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats and baking soda. 2. In another bowl combine butter and sugar, cream until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream OR yogurt, vanilla, and lemon zest, beat well. Add flour mixture alternately with zucchini, blend well. Add chocolate and pecans, beat well. 3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling thre-quarters full. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inseted in center comes out clean and clear.

These are very good, easy to make. I used the sour cream.
