cinnamon muffins
 
Serves 9
1 egg
teaspoon salt
cup milk
2 teaspoon baking powder
cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
cup sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Beat egg with fork.
  3. Stir in milk and oil.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, cup sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Mix both bowls together. Batter should be lumpy.
  6. Pour batter in greased muffin tins or paper cups.
  7. In a small cup, mix 2 Tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Lightly sprinkle over batter.

Hey Vic that is so ironic you posting that , I just made one I got the recipe from kraft.com I believe. I just took it out of the oven I did have to add more milk because it was dry when I mixed it together but it looks good and smells devine.

Thanks April for the tip on the milk. Now I know why mine were a little dry but they were good.
