Blondie..please accept my heart felt condolences on Carol Ann's passing..My prayers will be with you and the rest of the family during this sad time.
Carol Ann was a sweet person and I am happy to have had her in my life. She will be looking down on and watching over you and your family..
Safely Home
I am home in Heaven, dear ones.
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting light.

All the pain and grief is over.
Every restless tossing passed.
I am now at peace forever.
Safely home in Heaven at last.

Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus' love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.

And He came Himself to meet me
In that way so hard to tred.
And with Jesus' arm to lean on
Could I have one doubt or dread?

Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still.
Try to look beyond earth's shadows,
Pray to trust our Father's Will.

There is work still waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand.
Do it now, while life remaineth -
You shall rest in Jesus' land.

When the work is all completed,
He will gently call you Home.
Oh, the rapture of that meeting.
Oh, the joy to see you come!
"You will be forever missed Margaret..."

Blondie and family, the news of CarolAnn's passing was a shock to us. She was such a lovely person and did not grumble about her health issues or even let on how serious they were. She will be missed around FC.

I pray for you during this time of remembering, grieving and trying to make sense out of a hard situation.
Love and prayers to you.
Every day we write a memory on the heart of our family. What memories did you write today?

Although I didn't know Carol Ann very well, I could always sense that she had such a sweet spirit about her. I am so sorry to hear of her passing.

The loss of
~Carol Ann.

We all know that Carol was a shy women, but was always helping out
people and giving so many things to the Salvation Army.
When she was couponing, all of the extra food received with coupons, or
great deals she could obtain..was giving to food pantries.
Carol was able to shop for $300.00 of groceries at a time, and after
coupons at the checkout..maybe her bill would be $12.00
She was amazing, and learned to stretch money...she taught others how
to do that. When I met Carol, she was living in a rent subsidized
apartment on the outskirts of Detroit. A very tough neighborhood..but
she was not afraid. She gardened and most of the produce she gave to
neighbors too..fresh tomatoes, peppers, etc. She also drove people
around to grocery stores, hospitals, and wherever else they needed to
She has touched so many lives and did so many good things for people.
She had so little, but she gave overabundately to others.
She will be truly missed!

If it doesn't nourish your soul,
Don't Keep it.

I have just now found out about Carol Ann's passing and I am crying as I write this. She was such a sweet lady and one of the first people to welcome me when I joined Family Corner. I enjoyed being in her coupon club and appreciate all the hard work she put into that.

She talked to me about missing painting but now, she is in no more pain and can paint beautiful pictures in heaven.

She will be missed dearly here at Family Corner by all of us who loved her so much.
Blondie, my love, hugs and condolences to you and your family.

Love, Donna

She will be missed by all on FC. She did so much even when she was sick to make sure everyone was able to save on coupons. What she had extra she shared with the less fortunate.

She so enjoyed chatting on the log cabin thread about all her dreams, where she could be happy. So honored to have known her & her Mother the last four years.

Blondie my friend my deepest condolences to you and your family.
She tried so hard to be cheerful for all of us in her posts. Please take care of yourself and know she is at peace with the Lord without pain.
