Perfect Pork Chop Bake
6 pork chops (5 oz. each) trimmed
1/2 tsp. salt, divided (optional)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced & separated into rings
3 medium potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
6 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried Marjoram
3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; brown pork chops on both sides. Place in an ungreased 13 inch by 9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salf if desired. Layer the onion, potatoes and carrots over chops. Sprinkle with marjoram & remaining salt if desired.
In a small bowl, whisk flour & milk until smooth; add soup. Pour over vegetables. Cover & bake 15 minutes longer or until pork is tender.
Serves 6
*I got this recipe from Taste Of Home Casseroles. April 26, 2010 magazine that is in the stores. We liked it. We will make it again.
