Round Steak & Gravy

ROUND STEAK and GRAVY
Round steak, cut into serving sizes and trim fat
Meat tenderizer
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can water
Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of round steak. Fry in oil until both sides are browned (the more brown the better the gravy - but don't burn!). After browning, add soup and water. Turn down heat and let simmer for two hours, stirring as needed. Steak should be very tender - the gravy is good over rice or mashed potatoes.
