My fav. dish is donairs umm I love it. The meat is versitile too If you don't want to have a donair as such you can make it into a pizza, subs, serve it all over fries minus the bread of course.

diced onions
diced tomatos
pita bread

Meat:
2.5 lbs ground beef
2.5 lbs ground lamb
( 5 lbs of ground meat it could be turkey, chicken, pork I haven't figured out the soy measurment but it can be done. Beef and lamb is original mix)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp oregeno
1 tsp salt ( or chicken soup base )
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp paprika
1 1/4 c bread crumbs

Mix all together like a meatloaf
preheat oven to 350
form around the center of a tube pan so it's not touching the bottom. Bake for about 2.5- 3 hours Or if you have a spit you can roast it on there.

Sauce
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c canned milk
2 tsp garlic powder
Mix until sugar is all dissolved
add 2 tlbs vinegar beat until it ' bubbles'
store in fridge for 1 hour before serving

to serve
Slice meat thin, fry slightly in frying pan 30 seconds
take a peice of pita bread add 1 tlbs water to frying pan steam bread for 20 seconds
place meat in bread add diced veggies

to make the pizza sauce on bottom, meat, mozza cheese, veggies, and more sauce, same with a sub
the sauce is the same dipping sauce as for garlic fingers and pizza crust dipping sauce

Stores great in freezer
