as posted in 12/05 WFD by bensmom526:

1 lb. steak cut in strips (I used a thin rib eye)
1/2 sweet green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 onion
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. water
1 beef bouillon cubes

Brown steak in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on low 15 minutes.
