menu planning

Does anyone know of an internet site that offers menu plans for a regular diet on a weekly or possibly a monthly basis? I believe it was Woman's Day Magazine that used to do this and maybe still does. Short of having to buy such a magazine, surely there must be info available on the net. My searches only produced menus for special diets. Thank you for your help.

Dittos on Leanne Ely's MenuMailer. ALso check out her book s from your library. Almost all the recipes have been hits.

Lots of places talk about the great advantages of once a month cooking. But my problem was not knowing what to cook or how to cook healthy meals that still taste 'normal' and use foods I might recognize. Once a month cooking was putting the car before the horse.

Now I am doing ”plovers” = planned leftovers of her Menu Mailer recipes. This is the precursor to once a month cooking. For that more advanced idea look for the 30 Day Goumet from at this thread http://www.familycorner.com/forums/f...s=&forumid=108

There's another good site run by dietitians at:

Dietsite

The provide diet analysis, menu planning, recipe calculations.... tons of stuff.... for free.
