You have inspired me to work on the next 2 week's menu. It's almost done:

th - heuvoes rancheros
th - (I have an evening dr's apmt) -- crockpot lasagna & crockpot stuffed peppers
th - (busy day w/ activities) -- crockpot corned beef
th - DH will grill hamburgers & chick thighs. He's grilling extra to take to a family that just had a baby.
th - crockpot pork chops
th - Gorton's fish
th - (busy activity day) pesto tortillini
st - DH will smoke a ham
nd - crockpot Thai thighs (experiment). Leftover ham for anyone who doesn't like the experiment. note: freeze leftover ham.
rd - (I have an evening activity) -- crockpot pepper steak
th - (DH and kids have an evening activity) -- mac & cheese w/ ham
th - chicken burritos
th - Crockpot lasagna
th - talipia, chef salad, rice ??? strange mixture, but kids don't like fish.
