Master spice packet for stew or pot roast

As I measure out the dry ingredients, I set out 6-10 baggies and measure out into each baggie. When I am finished, I have homemade spice packets. Just add the wet ingredients!

GRANDMA'S STEW OR POT ROAST
Dry ingredients:
2 TBSP mincied onion
1 TBSP salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 bayleaves
1/2 tsp pepper
dash allspice or cloves

Wet ingredients:
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 C water
1 tsp. lemon juice

Stew:
Combine the dry with the wet and add stew meat, potatoes, and veggies of your choice. I throw this into the crockpot to cook all day.

Marinade for a pot roast:
Combine wet with dry ingredients and add a pot roast. Cook in the crockpot all day.
