Wholesale Groceries Buyers Club

Does anyone belong to a buying club with other families to buy wholesale groceries? A friend and I are thinking about starting one where we live. I would love to get tips from others that are doing it.

Thanks,

he closest I've ever come to this is shopping at Sam's Club or Costco. I think doing it on your own would be a pretty big undertaking. Also, ordering the right amount etc might not be the easiest. Good luck if you try!

I have to wish you luck on this adventure you want to embark on, Jane.

We switch between Costco and SAM's club based on where we live (which is closer, and easiest in/out traffic). We used a meat company once or twice for wholesale food, but since we have been back in the area, we have not seen one flyer as to when they will we bringing around the meat truck (or if they even exist anymore), and when my SIL worked at a local dairy company, we received cheese at a discounted price. I think it is a good idea if it is a niche your community /ies could use
