Christy, the best site for free palm program is:
Freeware Palm

They are offering a program called BestPrice that looks a great deal like a pricebook kind of dealy.

The other option is to "bite the bullet" and pay for one of the "basic" data base programs and build your own pricebook:
HanDBase http://www.ddhsoftware.com/
Mobile Access http://www.mobi-systems.com
SmartList To Go www.dataviz.com
**JFile http://www.land-j.com/jfile.html
MobileDB http://www.handmark.com/products/mobiledb/

I have JFile, and I love it! It will set you back about $30.

You can also use a spreadsheet to build your own pricebook:
Quicksheet: http://www.mobl.com/software/quicksheet/
**Tinysheet: http://www.iambic.com/tinysheet/palmos/

I use Tinysheet, and I really like it. It will run you about $20.

I use my PDA (Palm Tungsten E) for *everything* - and I really like the PC backup, and the PC desktop for it. I can make changes on the fly and just hit "synchronize!"

Hope this helped a little!

Cheerio!
Elizabeth
