Pikadettes Portabella Pot Roast
1 can Family size Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
2 tsp. Beef bouillon
1 tsp dried onion
½ cup milk
½ cup beef broth or water
3 lbs pot roast, sliced according to liking
2 cups sliced baby portabella mushroom
Using a large bowl. Mix cream of mushroom soup, beef bouillon, dried onion, and milk. Pour the water into the can of the mushroom soup then stir. Add into the mixed ingredients to form your gravy.
Using your Crock Pot. Add the sliced meat into the crock pot then top with the baby portabellas mushroom. Add the gravy and set the heat into high for 5 hours cooking or low for 8hours cooking.
2tsp beef bouillon and 1tsp dried onion can be replace with an onion mix soup.
Even my four years old son who is very picky with his food thinks this is good.
