    Rolled Round Steak with Cheese


    2-1 lb. round steaks, flattened
    black pepper to taste
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    garlic powder
    1 cup cream cheese
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
    parmesan cheese
    Flatten each steak with a mallet and sprinkle with black pepper. Place onion and bell pepper on steak and sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Spoon cheese mixture on 1/2 of the steak and fold over, fasten with toothpicks. Place steak in crockpot and pour spaghetti sauce over all. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove steak with a slotted spoon and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
