Happy face Ritzy Chicken

10 3/3 oz. can of cream of chicken soup----1 pt sour cream----1/2 cup of melted butter----4 to 6 pieces of bonless, skinless chicken breasts----1 sleeve of ritz crackers, crushed-----mash potatoes----------Combine soup and sour cream in a small bowl and set aside. In a seperate bowl mix together crackers and melted butter. Place chicken in slow cooker then spoon soup mixture over top of chicken and sprinke with cracker mixture. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours, or high setting for 4 to 5 hours. Serve over mash potatoes. Serves 4 to 6........Can also serve over rice....

Thank you

Thanks for posting your recipe. I made this for dinner today & it's a keeper. We really like it. I got home from work at a little after 11 p.m. & was in bed before midnight. This is easy & fast to fix & delicious. I made some to take to work today. Looking forward to other recipes you have :-)
