Maple-flavored BBQ Chicken - TNT
This sweet and tangy chicken is ideal for sandwiches or served over hot rice. Hubby and I like it better over rice but the kids like it on buns.
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours. Remove chicken, shred and return to pot. Serves 4-6.
