Lowfat Confetti Coleslaw

3 cups thinly shredded Chinese (napa) cabbage
1 cup thinly shredded purple cabbage
1 red bell pepper, with seeds removed and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups corn
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and chill. 6- 4 oz servings

I have never had a coleslaw with corn in it, and I bet it is really good. My dd has just started loving coleslaw, so I will have to put this in my book!
