Stir occasionally and watch ,if skillet starts to burn add about 1/2 water and 2 large slice onions pulled apart , cover and cook till dry. Again add 1/2 cup water and 2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms. cover and cook. turn off burner add a little water if need to make about 1 cup juice on whole recipe. do not salt because cellery salt will do it.

Oh My! What wonderful recipes...we will really be able to always find something to eat!

I know I have to just keep focused on WW meals. and right now, keep on my blinders..

I am only on day 2..but feeling good..

I don't know all about my points today, but I had

Cheerios-2 points; with skim milk..(don't know the points) -tea plain;

Lunch was lettuce salad, with diet dressing, black olives, cheese coffee plain

Supper was 3amall square pieces of baked cod, small baked potato, with diet salad dressing on it...and asparagus. coffee plain

snack-cantelope & honeydew melon chunks.

I also drank alot of water today, took my vitamins, and hang on to your hat..I exercised..lol Whew! (walked..and it was cold, windy & spitting snow.) but I walked..20mins.

Can anyone figure my points..just so I have an idea?

I am doing this plan without the benefit of meetings...no cash for that in my budget..and online is too costly too.

Also. today is day 2 of no ice cream...it is okay too! This is working.

Love, Janet

Candy, Thank you for all your help..I feel know matter what, a little over or under your points..it has to be less than what I was eating..especially when it came to sweets..

What is your most favorite WW meal for dinner?

Hugs,Janet
