Baked Salmon with Garlic

Baked Salmon with Garlic
1 lb fillet of salmon
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T olive oil
2 T white wine, optional
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, white wine,
and 1 T parsley together. Place salmon in a pam
sprayed alum foil covered baking dish and pour
mixture over salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
and bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes or
until fish is flaky.
Notes:
You can add some thin pats of butter...and sprinkle
with a tablespoon Italian bread crumbs....
This is really good left over as well. Just microwave
each portion separately for one min. on high.
You can't tell it's re-heated.
