Crustless Quiche

This recipe was orginally posted by Cat lover in the Sept WFD thread.

Crustless Quiche

1 1/4 cups skim milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup Carb Quick (you can use bisquick if you don't mind the carbs)
3 tbsp butter
dash cayenne pepper
dash garlic powder
dash salt and pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheese
4 oz sliced mushrooms
23 green onions, chopped
1 cup diced ham, bacon or shrimp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first seven ingredients in a food processor and mix. Turn into a greased 10" pie plate. Mix together the cheese, mushrooms, onions and meat of your choice. Sprinkle this mixture over the egg mixture down into the egg mixture with a knife. Bake till top is golden, about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 8 servings.
