Low-Carb Pork Chops and Sauerkraut
I put chops in a frying pan with about 1/2 inch
water. As they cook, I put in either 4 or 5 cut garlic cloves or 3 good shakes garlic powder.
Then I add parsley and thyme, maybe 5 or 6 real good shakes of each. I squirt some mustard (sometimes dijon or regular) aall over and around the chops. Maybe 5 or 6 big tablespoonfulls.
I cut up 5 onions in large slices, put on top, cover and let simmer 1/2 hour.
Next I poured a drained can of green beans over the chops. (But any veggie would work.)
Lastly I drained and lightly rinsed a bag of saurkraut and put that on, covered and simmered another 1/2 hour or little less.
