We just got back from 2 1/2 + miles tonight!!

We also walked 1 mile last night. I figure that I will squeeze out the last few nice nights to walk before I turn to doing my walking DVDS every night.

Looks like we are experiencing the calm after the storm...... we are supposted to have 10 more nice days ahead of us!!

The dog walked us for a very long time tonight and gave us a suprise too.
Had him on the retractible leash so he was about 10' ahead, bent down to sniff something and came up with a baby squirrel in his mouth
I screamed and jerked the leash. Poor thing. He limped away up into the tree. What was he doing laying on the sidewalk anyway...?

Tomorrow if all goes accdg to plan, I will get dd1 off to school then lift the weights or do pilates tape, shower and get dd2 up. I'll check in tomorrow and let you all know what really happened.

I did it !!!

DD1 went off to school, I lifted some weights, drank a huge glass of water, showered then got dd2 up for the day. Had an apple for breakfast, dropped her off to school, grocery shopped, went to the office, more water. Got home for lunch and so far no ill effects. Not collapsed from exhaustion or anything.
May even take the dog for a walk when it cools off later today.

those are all from dd2, she has discovered me hiding down here in the basement and wanted to say HI.

We walked at least 3 miles around our neighborhood before stopping to pick up my DS at school. That was a lot but it was fun!

Im hoping that we make it out again tonight.

Did my routine today. It is getting easier. So I thought I would add more to it. I don't know what yet but I am thinking about it. I put on a skirt I hadn't worn in forever because it was to tight. and now it is to big. I am so happy about that.

Wow you guys are doing amazing!!!

I have not been doing to much due to persistent tightness in my chest whick the doctor claims is a little asthma, alittle, allergies and a little more stress alll mixed together.

I'm hoping to go to martial arts class thurs night I have a stripe grading on Sunday so I could use the practice!!! Wish me luck

Keep up the walking

Hi girls

Well I'm on a new puffer and I feel 100% better!!!

I did an hour 1/2 martial arts class on thursday, 1 1/2 hour class Sat morning and then I did 6 hours total training on sunday. I'm exhausted!!!

Hubby just got me a second hand tread mill so I'm going to try and use it on the days I don't train with martial arts.

Hope you all had a great weekend

Hugs
Debbie
