Mexican Beef
Serving Size : 4
1 1/2 pounds round steak or roast
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 onion -- chopped
1 beef bouillon cube -- crushed
1 16 oz. can tomatoes -cut up or diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 tsp cumin
Mix meat, salt, pepper, chili powder and mustard in pot. Cover with
onion, bouillon cube, and tomatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
