Summer Time Feet

What do you do to keep your feet healthy and pretty over summer.
They can't stay hidden under socks and runners now, so what are your 'beautiful feet' routines?

I don't think I do enough looking at how rough my feet are tonight. I will not wear socks and shoes in the summer. Peroid. I do take more baths at night to soad and scrub my feet. I am also using a sandpaper like thingy for my feet. I tried cream and socks last night but my feet got hot!

Hate to admit it but I wear shoes and socks most of the time.

I have that nasty toenail fungus which has not responded to several courses of antifungal medicines. So I cover up!

Barb I had fungus too. When the west nile was at its worst, I started taking olive leaf extract. My nail fungus is gone. You might want to look into olive leaf extract. I bought ole at Walmart for $6.

Connie, I will definitely check into that. I don't want to go through more expensive antifungals that can cause liver damage and don't seem to do the job anyway

For me I just keep them covered up unless I am at the pool.I will sometimes soak them and I try to put some nail polish on them too to make them look nice.

I soak my feet in Johnson's Foot Soap. It contains soap, baking soda, borax, iodide, bran, it soothes tired aching feet, softens and relieves itching, burning. It makes my feet so soft, and then I put lotion on them and head to bed.

Happy Feet here!
